The room was a luxury feeling space with clean decor and a fully stocked mini bar, it was perfect for us. I particularly loved the bathroom, despite being small,, it was perfectly clean and had all the little high-end touches you'd expect from a top place.

It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but still acceptable for what we got.

Had a great time with friends! We visited Sevan Lake and Khor Virap Monastery, which were amazing. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore. The interior is beautiful, and breakfast was delicious. Just keep in mind that the pool can get crowded, so be prepared for that!

I loved the location of the hotel, so central and convenient for exploring Yerevan. The staff greeted me with warmth, always ready to help with directions or getting a taxi. My room was comfortable and clean, equipped well with everything I needed. I particularly enjoyed the bright natural light coming through the windows. The breakfast offered a good variety, and I highly recommend the cherry juice—delicious! However, I faced a bit of trouble with housekeeping. Upon arriving, I noticed a few dead insects and dust on the floor that I hoped would be addressed. Unfortunately, the following day it was still there after the service. The restaurant dining experience was disappointing. the menu presented looked innovative online, but when I arrived, the only options were standard international fare. Also, breakfast lacked variety for the price. Overall, some areas need attention, particularly in housekeeping and dining service, but the location and overall comfort were key highlights for my stay.

Superb service, particularly from the PR manager, who ensured our experience was remarkable, especially during the Eastern brunch with splendid arrangements. The complimentary bottle of Italian wine in our premier room added a lovely touch after a long day of exploring. The live piano music in the lobby created a welcoming atmosphere, though a taxi arrangement error initially caused some concern.
